What a view!
Oh My garden is so much closer to death right now… a carpet of leaves and flower wilting.
Not death, just a much deserved sleep.
Hi Honie. I remember the first pics you shared when plotting out your new garden. Now from your imagination your creativity has come to life. Wow! The flowers are beautiful as are the photos. No wonder it gives you pleasure seeing and smelling what little surprises there are each day.
Hi Helen,
It seems like such a long time since we installed the beds now overflowing with blooms. Thanks for sharing the journey since then.
OMG….Honie those flowers are superb! And the pics are pretty good too. 😉
It’s a pleasure to start every day walking my little bit of earth, discovering it’s sweet surprises. The Tea Olive tree is in bloom. Its fragrance is intoxicating.
We’re just heading into that time of the year. I only have a few roses so far but more blooms are coming. Can hardly wait!
When our season is falling, yours is springing. I would love to visit there someday. Preferably not during fire season though.
-grin- If you ever make it across, make it during autumn, our autumn that is. Cake and coffee guaranteed!
It’s a date!
The light coming through the leaves of the daisies in your first photo is beautiful. A gentle reminder of their fragility.

This is the first year I’ve had these Country Girl Mums, a gift from a gardening friend. I love them.
Mums. I stand corrected. They are a beautiful gift from a beautiful friend.

Beautiful! I am so jealous!
Your beautiful garden is probably putting on a show now too.
