It Isn’t Bragging If It’s True

Chief Learning Officer Magazine Announces 2012 Learning Elite Finalists!

This program recognizes organizations with exemplary workforce development strategies that deliver significant business results. Companies are evaluated and ranked based upon their impact, size and industries served. The program recognizes areas such as leadership development, use of technology, executive buy-in, and content development and delivery.

Organizations are selected by a peer-review panel. Judges are subject matter experts and accomplished professionals who recognize the critical role that learning and development plays in organizational success. These professionals have achieved best-in-class levels of performance in their own industries and are qualified to identify best practices for learning and development.  I am so proud to say that my husband is one of this year’s judges. His track record of excellence as an educator spans twenty-five years with organizations such as The Department of Defense, Dale Carnegie & Associates, The Boy Scouts of America, United Healthcare and various global banking and financial service providers. He is a world-class leader. (I would like to say I taught him everything he knows, but that wouldn’t be entirely true.)

Congratulations to the finalists. See what you can do when you pay attention in class?
